Mapping on Cross not working

The preview (head phone) button I ment is in the mixer section of Cross in the center of the screen.

I am a little lost in what setup you have the routing question on. Is it Mac internal, or the U-Mix Control Pro.

Would be really helpful if you can check for the serial nr so you can post screen captures of audio settings and of GUI.

Hi there, how do I post a screen shot on this forum? My settings are either for my U-Mix or for internal. It doesn't matter what the mixer set up is as the problem exists with the Cross software. I originally bought the mixer and the software came free with it. I upgraded my software through the Apple app. store.

I no longer have my serial password for the software and cant seem to get a replacement one?

Settings:

On my MIDI settings I have it on U-Mix Control Pro 2.5-3 MIDI in MIDI Out (that's it)

Audio settings- Output 1/Output 2, Dual stereo.

Happy to send screen shots, setups etc. if somebody can tell me how to do this?

@lilin I have checked those switches and they are not the issues?
