My DVS Ultimate not working

Hi, I am new to the mixvibe software but I had a similar issue with one of my decks. I did all my checks shifting things around and found that the pre-amp was at zero. ( turntable gain in the vinyl options was set to zero ) I corrected to approx 44/45 and this did the trick. Hope this helps. Look at my vinyl config, cheers.

Good day,

I just bought the DVS Ultimate package and can't get it to work. I have check all connections and can't seem to find problem. I am using audio techica turntables along with a Beringher DJX900 mixer and Lenovo X61 laptop. I can get 2nd table to calibrate and play but not the 1st one.
