but the crossfader problem exists in the software internal use aswell. not connected to s4...

crossfader for deck b does not work properly. theres always a lot of channel a into it. audio and visual! have to erase the channel with the channel fader A.

happens without controller as well. tried to change crossfader settings. but no way.

Are the "crossfader assign" buttons (letters A, B, C, D) enabled (on the crossfader sides)?

crossfader works now..that was exactly the problem..sorry.

but the latency with the s4 is still here. unable to do some babyscrachtes in video mode. audio mode works good.

im running

a macbook air 1.8 intel duo with 4gb ram. what do you think, its better with 8gb ram?

:cool: spec seem low ,,not shure if ram will help ,,kinda think processor speed ,, my spec listed in signature ,, barly runs video ,, let alone scratching ,, ,,look up min spec listed in Cross spec , :cool:

If you want to really scratch with S4, you should get the latency down to 128 samples in the audio preferences. It might help.
