mail notification issues

2 issues:
A) Everytime I reply on a post I get email notification for every other reply after mine. I don't know how or when I activated this and I can't find how to de-activate either.

B) These notifications mentioned above come with a link that should lead me to the last reply, but this link always leads to a page that says: "The requested topic does not exist."

If you look at the topic page toward the bottom there is a box and ability to check mark ,, suscribe topic,, that might be it ,, also check in the user control panel kinda remembering something that allows to get notifaction of topic replys,, unc should have better info as to not getting the e mail notification,,
the second part not shure about
wait on unc reply with better info
