Serato - Cross DJ Customisation

Postby dllavero on 03 Sep 2013, 11:31

Good evening everyone,

I recently made the change to Cross DJ from Serato. I was a user of Serato for a number of years.

Can someone help me with customisation?

One of the advantages or maybe it's just something that I am used to is that I can search songs by typing the first few letter of the song/artist etc on the list below the players, I've noticed that this is not possible with Cross DJ. Searching is primary done through the search box only in Cross DJ, or as far as I can tell.

This would be a handy for the Serato converted.

Also, does Cross DJ import cues etc from Serato? Is this a simple process? I would love to know rather than manually imputing cues in my ever growing collection.

I hope that these topics haven't previously covered as I search high and low in the forums.

Many thanks in advance.

Dom :)

This also works in Cross DJ, but you must have the focus in the collection ... And the only way to grab it is to click in the track list.
