problem with license key to install ? invalid serial number

hi, question, is it possible for a license key to expire ? because i tried over and over and over again to install it , it doesnt work , can someone help me with it ? its the DVS Ultimate i have

this was my latest configuration report
its been a while since i had some problems with it
