I said preloaded not loaded.

It will check the track BEFORE loading it.
If it is not analyzed it will analyze it BEFORE loading it.
The only time it will do an analyze on the fly is for the first loaded track.

And yes I'm sure, because I have asked for it (to the dev), to not perform the analyze once loaded but before it goes into the deck.

My bad sorry, we wouldn't be aware of any pre-loading as we don't actually "see" anything happening.
