How do i Download CrossDJ 2.2?

Hello! When I start my Cross DJ it says there is an update, I just bought it and it came with 2.0. I also bought the video plug in but i need 2.2. When i click on "Download" it takes me to a page where all the info is on the update but there is NO download button. What is going? This is driving me nuts. Please help. Thanks.

Enter both your CrossDJ and Video plugin serial number in here

ucp.php?i=169

Then you will be able to download both the CrossDJ update (2.2) and the Video Plugin from your Download Centre

I am having the same problem as well, I have Cross 2.0 a while now and didn't know why i was not getting the download link

I also added my serial information to my account months ago, and still no success, can u tell me what i am doing wrong?

what version do you have of Cross ,,you say its 2.0 ,, :cool:

the only profile badge you have showing is ion discover DJ :?:

if you upgraded to a Cross DJ or Cross version there should have been a licence key with that up grade ,, this serial in your profile will allow you access to the download section for the 2.2 version of Cross /Cross DJ :cool:

I saw that too, I put in all the information I believe, the serial for the software and the Mixvibes Version, if u look at my profile you will see in there :/ or am i just not getting it ?

hope you saved your info for the upgrade ,,especialy the licence key # that was in the e mail,, if you have then please check that its entered properly in your profile ,, there should be two serial # there ,, ,,then you will have either the Cross badge or the Cross DJ badge in your heading ,,below the gaming picture you are using as a aviatar :cool:
