[solved]Something strange

Hi everybody,


I would like to present me to you, but there are some strange things into this forum.

The "New" button, to create a topic is not visible, except into the current forum (and that's why I write here)...
Moreover, I would like to download the latest update of Vfx (that is ask me to download at the software startup) but, when I click on "UPDATES" link, a message tells me that "there are no download"....

Is this forum totally crazy ?

Please, help me... :-)

PS : I'm French, but I can't write into the "french support" forum (no "new" button and no "reply" button either).

not too strange ,fourm permissions hinge upon regerstering your software in the profile section of the user control panel,,,that would be the licence key that is with the software

I wrote my serial key a few days ago... and nothing changes...:-(

it must not have taken ,,there is no Vfx badge in your postings ,,, check thatt it was properly entered ,,,please do not post it on the open fourm but in the user control panel

My licence key is saved like it's displayed on the cd i bought.

When I wrote it installing thé software, it works.
What the forum don't want the same ?

Should I suppress the - between the group of chracters?

Leave the hyphens in place.

Sometimes it takes a short bit to get the registration processed the the permissions correct.
