I have probles to calibrate, I need help please

I bought mixvibes Cross 2, i have U46MK2 (with drivers to win 7), windows 7 (64 bits). The signals to calibrate do not appear. I have made sure all is ok. why does the imput signals to calibrate not appear? Have anybody occured this?

please give some more information about your and settings...
Do you have setup Cross like described in the manual?
