back to part of the original topic,,,.MIXVINZ one of your children is mis behaveing badly
having issues with the controller comming on line,, info,leave home PC on 24/7,,when turn on Cross, (after turning on the controller) it doesnt come online after Cross comes on
info,, this started shortly after moving the usb connection cable to a usb port at the back of the PC,(original was plugged in the front usb port)it booted up/came online a handfull of times before acting eraticly with coming on line , on two occasions saw that the software said it was on line,but acting like it wasnt the only shure fire way to get it on line is by restarting the computer loaded v2rc and same behavior ,first few times then starting erratic have various usb connections that are used on PC ,one is for the logiteck keyboard,one for the printer, one for the cell phone connection to computer ,one is for the mp3 player,and use a usb connection for a portable hard drive when i back up my files..the only one in use when using Cross/umixcontrol pro is the keyboard,,but have run Cross/U-Mix Control Pro with all usb functions in play excapt the one for backing up on the hard drive,,any help or insight will be apriciated here are the link for prior postingshttp://forum.mixvibes.com/viewt ... 54&t=24053

Will the U-Mix Control Pro 2 "perform" better than 1?

Not sure entirely what I mean by that, but just wondered if firmware changes were just for added extra functionality, whilst any difference in appearance were just for aesthetical reasons.

For someone like me who is still learning the basics really, introducing samples is a bit of a distractions, so I'm wondering if having access to all of that functionality is something I really have to have for an extra £100ish.
