Streaming issue with Mix Vibes U-Mix Control Pro

Hi

One of my DJs wants to stream live onto my station using his Mix Vibes U-Mix Control Pro. Normally we advise our djs to use Winamp with the shoutcast DSP plugin. The problem is although the sound comes through the PC speakers its not being detected by the soundcard and wont actually stream any data. This is really frustrating as i cant seem to find anyway to get it working. Please advise. Thanks

you say the sound is coming thru the PC speakers is this person a experienced user of the U-Mix Control Pro and its sc set up,,if not then have him refer to the teck manual for proper sc set up.. for your info the product page has the doccuments for the product,,ie sc set up for different applications,,a little bit more info as to how he has it set up will give us oppunity to help solve this issue

Be sure that the DSP plugin supports ASIO drivers, otherwise this is the reason why it won't work.

Under XP, with Virtual DJ, I managed to stream audio with DSP.

I used my U-Mix 44, and somehow while VDJ was handleing the outputs of U-Mix 44, DSP handled one pair input in WDM.
