why is there no way to download timecode

I have original discs, they're 5 years old and starting to show it though, and I've already ordered replacements on amazon before I even started the thread. I'm in no way trying to circumvent copy protection, or trying to get by on the mixvibes team they've been awesome (wish DVS would see an update but....) I've also copied the disc and as the mod was saying earlier they weren't nearly as accurate as the original and after about 10 mins of play became coasters on my coffee table. I suspect this has more to do with how the tracks were written and not the actual data, or CD-r medium I used.

Asking me they are not as accurate as the others because of the burned media or because there went something wrong while burning. A copy is the exact double of the original, isn't it? So I guess that it is a problem of the used CD in combination with your CD plaayers which may not like your (type of) CD.

So far I had no problems.
I used direct copying, with a single S-Multi Laptop burner... No problems so far.

@blackbrook they were being played in some cdj-900s so I didn't think it was the player. you were right though, I upgraded to better quality media (ritek), and created new backups at 1x copy speed. they work perfect!
