i need help plz

hi i just bought the ion discover DJ and i am very new to this. i do not know how to connect my system correctly. i have a tascam audio/MIDI interface which is connected to my speakers. what kind of setting do i have to use to use the mixvibe Cross program? i got the song to play on my speakers but the DJ syem doesnt work and i do not know how to hear the other channel on my headphones. can someone please help me

Can you write how many chanels you have on your soundcard?

You will need the "Internal Mixer" routing, which means, that you have one chanel for the master (mixed audio from the two decks) and on the other chanel you have the CUE (Headphones and Prewiev) output.

You have to make sure you have a soundcard that has minimum 2 chanels for output, and you have to get the ASIO4ALL driver to get it working, so Cross can handle the 2 chanels.

By the way it is a good thing to read the manual. It is well explained there, and helped me out countless times.

thank you very much i will take a look at that but also the discover DJ is not working. is there a setting that i have to change it to for it to work because the lights are on but if i press any buttons or try to scratch it won't work
also i use a tascam audio MIDI interface that is connected to the speakers and i do have a internal sound card with like a input ,output. front ,rear, headphone holes. i am guessing i probably have to buy a soundcard with two outputs? i am not sure.
