I dont understand how this forums works!

every time i try to do something its just goes circle and then some point i get "You are not authorized to read this forum."

I dont know what to do! and there is no COSTUMER service number or any.

I bought the Mixvibe Cross Pack and using it on Macbook pro. it seems its bit buggy : ( crashes sometimes.

And im wondering why there is no Sampling option in Cross?? just like on DVS Producer?

You need first to register the serial of Cross in your forum profile. Then you can get full support and updates. That's the forum rules, follow them this is the main door to consumer support.

Well, I did register the Serial of my Cross, and I can't acess Cross 1.7 RC forum. I got plenty to write there.

If you read the software features on the website, you should be able to see, there is no Sampling in Cross. There are a couple of topics about this around.

I'm sure people can help, if you write to technical support topic under the Cross thread, and write down in which cases does it crash.

And one more thing: FAQ is pretty useful. Take your time reading it

The serial is normal found CD sleeve/Cover

Once this is done, you will be able to download the latest offical version of Cross, which is Cross 1.6.1. (this may cure your crashes you are experiences) Also you will have access to the new Cross 1.7.0.RC

This will be probably be added to Cross in a later update. Please be patent, the Dev team are working hard to give us a very stable product.
