No sound on U-Mix Control app.

We've done everything correctly, we are using Cross 1.5.4 and there is no sound from the iPad (U-Mix) or from the laptop.

Can anyone please give ideas on how to fix this?

What is your Audio setup for Cross?

File > Preference > Audio

Are you using a Internal or External soundcard? Some more info would help, maybe a screenshot too

You should try and update your software to the latest version of Cross: Cross 1.6
