Desperate times

Postby dimosdj on 15 Jun 2011, 20:53

Hello Mixvibes community,

I'll run down my story in a nutshell. I purchased a b-stock Mixvibes Cross Pack from a reputable dealer in the US (Guitar Center). To make a long story short, I was renovating in my house and I didnt get a chance to start playing with Cross for about 6 months after. Well, when I opened the box, it was clear that the Mixvibes installation CD only contained instructions and not the Mixvibes Cross software. PLUS, the previous owner had already registered the serial number and probably couldnt get it working because he had no software. Anyways, I cant return it to the store because its way past the time, but again I'd be very willing to purchase the upgrade software, but I seem to have trouble getting a hold of anyone at Mixvibes. I'd love to use the software cause its so darn appealing, but I might have to just give up at this point.

Not sure where to go from here.

Hey,

have you got the Licence code for the Cross software from the store? The code should on an label at the CD slave. You can write at support@mixvibes.com about your issue. When you still have the bill and also the licence code they can help you out.
After registration here you can still download the newest version.

so this would be the first step on the way to get it working ;)

regards
Christian

I do have both of those and I have tried to be in contact with the Mixvibes team, but that communication seems to have ended. When I tried to register the serial, it came back as saying its already in use.

Again, dont want this $$ going down the tube, so hopefully I can come up with something

If you have the serial I can see light at the end of the tunnel. If you know the username of the guy that owned it before your are halfway out of it.
Please contact support@mixvibes.com with your serial and explain your issue. They will help you!

Steve

Hello,

Thanks for posting this. I have been in contact with you via mail and have worked hard trying to find an issue to your problem. Can't get into fine details here, but the issue is not easy to solve!

I'll try and find a solution with the staff: please send me asap via PM your license keys in order for me to find a solution to your issue.

Best Regards.
