My Nickname is my DJ Name. So this has an long history. I was 15 years old as i was starting Djing. My friend ask me that we need an Nickname, that everybody will knows. So my last name is from Bosnia Herzegovina. And if you will spell this in German the "c" in my name sounds like a "sch". So my friend told my let us use Poertsch because this sound more American and cool. So now I am DJ Poertsch and many many people still not known what is my real name " Markus" they only says Poertsch is at the house.
I live in Germany near tho Würzburg and Aschaffenburg. The City is Known as Wertheim.
I working as an electrician service technical for low pressure die-casting and EPS and PP Foam machines. Incl technical service world wide.
I was starting as an DJ at the year 1989. Playing in a small Church room for young people. At that time i was still in school, and we was planing to get young people at one place to show them whats going on at the music world. I was starting with vinyl and till to the day i like to play with vinyl. I was growing up in all big Clubs As Known : Ces't La Vie, Supermäx , Music Hall, Savoy, Arcardya, La Fazenda, Disco Manhattan ,Love Parade and many more near to my home town. I was playing in China, Italy Sizilien, Czechoslovakian, but allays for fun. Not for the money. Because in my opinion first i want to have an job for 100% because this was my future thinking to be save in point of earn money. Still to now is Djing only my second job to earn money to finance my Equipment. I am on 15.06 39 years old 
. I was seen many different Clubs and small as also Big named DJ's.
If i will be a Pro DJ what will earn his money only with Djing. I would transfer my personality with music to show them that music is that where you will no seen differences between all other humans of the world. I will also stay for my Equipment and never be an person that is not touchable. Because you have to be always close to your fans and friends. Stay your self and play music.
My favorite Club at the moment is a small Club in my Hometown. The name is Ces't La Vie. This Club has an long history and i still work in there now for 15 years. And is nice to see how the people dance and stay with you. This Club has a big point in my Life and till to now its crazy to be up there.
I play about 7 - 11 Hours each weekend as a DJ.
