New User - Need Help!!

Hi Mixvibes crew,

About 6 months ago I bought a refurb Mixvibes Cross system from Guitar Center. I had a lot of things going on so I finally got around to setting it up now. So I have 2 major problems:

A) The Activation CD doesn't have the Cross software. It only has 4 PDF's of instructions

B) Most importantly, the serial number that came with the CD is already registered.

I have no idea what to do, because its too late to return it, but I want to use Cross because it seems so much more appealing than the other software. HELP!!!! Anyone that could help me out on the Mixvibes team?

contack supportvibes by pm with all the info,he might be able to assist you.. refurb Cross just curious what was refurbished also their on french time zone and probly will not get to see it untill your am but when you get it sorted out dont forget to register the software on the fourm

Thanks Daniel, I hope so. You could understand my disappointment when I cant find the software AND when I tried to register, it said the key was already used.

Hi Mixvibes team,

I'm still in the dark about my whole issue. I have sent the proof of purchase, the serial number etc, and still nothing. I'll even buy the hardware upgrade, but I'm hoping the Mixvibes team can contact me back to work something out.
