Specific MixVibes versions for upgrade

sorry if its mentioned somewhere but i couldnt find the info if i can upgrade to Cross or not. on the download page of the shop it says: "For user of MixVibes' softwares, upgrade to Cross at a discount price."

can anyone tell which versions of mixvibes does this refer to? i use my U-Mix44 with another software atm but the discount price of Cross seems fair enough to leave that if i can upgrade from DVS le (which was bundled with my soundcard)
