There's no 1.5.1 available for download (misunderstanding?).
The next update is about to be released and is numbered 1.5.2.
There's not the requested drag'n'drop feature, and this feature won't be implemented. If you want to change the tracks order, you must use the playlists (that allow drag'n'drop). Note, in the next important update (1.6.x, no release date yet), tracks management will be reworked and will display more information in a playlist.

Thank you, you said about if i want to use drag'n'drop i need to use something else, can you name which program has this feature (is it in the MixVibes range) and with that said program has it got similar features to Cross DJ.
