the support staff will need a little more info to be able to help you , :cool:

the more info the better, system spec, audio set up ,what are the particulairs of whats going on ,, :cool:

there are also tips on optimizing for audio ,.etc, are you using asio4all :?:

so many variables and not enuff info on your part,, :cool:

just myself upgraded to Cross and an still looking into all the possibilities :mrgreen:
